Independently tested.

Jesus Lara builds AI-Parrot, a Python framework for AI agents. To choose a prompt injection check, he compared four models on 35 texts from his own application: 15 benign in English, 10 benign in Spanish and 10 attacks. Wolf Defender Small has been the default model of AI-Parrot's guardrail since.

Spanish
Benign Spanish commands that other models in the test flagged as attacks, Wolf Defender classified correctly. “It was a surprise to find that your model successfully detects dangerous and suspicious phrases in Spanish”, he writes.
Versions
Across the versions he tested, Wolf Defender's results stayed the same. With some other models, false positives rose markedly after an update.
Speed
In AI-Parrot, the check with Wolf Defender runs about five times faster than with many other models, in his experience.
“I also want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the outstanding work you are doing at Patronus Studio; it is truly impressive how secure it is to operate AI with models like the ones you are developing.”
