Meet the technical obligations of the EU AI Act.
The EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) requires deployers to know which AI systems are in use, control how they are used, and prove it, with penalties up to €15M for violations of Article 15's cybersecurity requirements. What the AI Act actually demands
Know your AI (Art. 4)
You must demonstrate employees understand the AI they use, which presupposes a complete inventory, including shadow AI.
Log and prove (Art. 12, 26)
Deployers must retain logs of high-risk AI system operation. Provider-side logs are incomplete and out of your control.
Secure the system (Art. 15)
Accuracy, robustness and cybersecurity, including defenses against data poisoning and adversarial inputs. Binding since August 2, 2026.
