Art. 4 EU AI Act

“Providers and deployers of AI systems shall take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy of their staff.”

Since 2 February 2025 you must be able to demonstrate that your employees understand the AI systems they use. That presupposes you know which AI systems are in use in the first place.
